Lester_The_Molester: Well, to be honest, I just edited a screencap from the episode Cartman Sucks where Eric shows the class this picture.
I removed Cartman's head obscuring the dick-area, redrew the lineart, added Butter's dick in Cartman's mouth, smoothed out all the pixelations and made sure the colours were balanced, added some shadows to create more depth and put a frame around it to make it look like a photograph.
My own style of drawing the South Park characters are nowhere like the style in the show; I find it difficult to make squares and circles look sexy.
